Run for Meals Program

Our "Run for Meals" program is designed to get kids and teens active while giving back to the community. Several times a month, we meet at local public housing areas or parks for an hour or more of cardio exercise. After the workout, everyone enjoys a free, healthy lunch together. It's a fantastic way to combine fitness with community service!

Making Exercise Fun

We aim to make exercising fun and engaging for kids and teens, integrating it into their daily lives. Our programs create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. With varied activities every weekend, we ensure there's always something new and exciting to look forward to, keeping young runners motivated and enthusiastic about staying active.
